VINYASA FLOW YOGA

Vinyasa Flow is a creative and dynamic form of Hatha Yoga where movement is paired with the breath to create a continuous flow of Yoga positions which allow a balanced exercise of mind and body. This particular form of Yoga, the slow and elegant „flowing“ from one position to another is almost a dance. There are countless possibilities of choreography. The movement together with the breath, work the body, the energy, and relax the mind. Vinyasa Flow Yoga can be practiced at any age. The positions get adapted to everyones capabilities.
